Based on hoppers built by the East Broad Top Railroad in their Orbisonia, Pennsylvania shops, the 2-Bay Steel Hopper is similar to narrow gauge hoppers found across the United States in the early-to-mid 20th century, many of which were purchased from the East Broad Top or based on their design. The Bachmann model features a removable coal load, separately-applied brake wheel and cylinder, and fine-scale grab irons. Two models per box.
