Many Thanks to the two individuals who purchased the two models. They are now sold out.
We are offering this exclusive hand-finished Eastern Tennessee & Western North Carolina Large Scale 4-6-0 locomotive in an effort to aid in the post-Helene rebuilding efforts in Marshall, North Carolina. The town of Marshall is notable for its railroad presence, including its historic depot, which, along with other railroad artifacts, was completely destroyed during the flooding. The full MSRP sale value from this model will be donated to assist in the rebuilding efforts, hopefully providing a little extra cheer for the holiday season.
While the Large Scale 4-6-0 is based on an ET&WNC prototype, this is the first time we've offered the current highly detailed version of the model in this livery. The paint scheme on the model has been completed using decals created and applied in-house by our Philadelphia team, with additional hand-painting by modelers on our staff, and the inclusion of the correct stack style for the ET&WNC prototype. This is your chance to add an extremely exclusive model to your large-scale collection while assisting a great cause. The 4-6-0 features an advanced nonproprietary plug-and-play circuit board to accommodate the control system of your choice, including conventional DC power, NMRA/NEM DCC, and/or RC operation. Equipped with factory-installed speakers, it is ready for the addition of plug-and-play prototypical sound. (Plug-and-Play Sound Module available separately for sound-on-board performance.) It also features metal gears, a new tender, operating headlight, smoke, metal siderods, separate piping, and all metal handrails.
Please note: May not ship until after January 1st, 2025.
Please also note that this model has been hand-decorated - the finish may vary slightly between the two models on offer.
